S.Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University takes part in world and Kazakhstani rankings, foreign agencies QS World University Rankings,  Webometrics Ranking of World Universities and Kazakhstani rankings of the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR), the Republican Rating Agency (RRA).

In 2022, S. Seifullin KATU entered the top 250+ ranking of universities in Eastern Europe and Central Asia QS UniversityRankings: EECA 2021.

The Webometrics Ranking of World Universities, compiled by the Spanish research group Cybermetrics Lab., evaluates the extent to which a particular university is represented in the global Internet space. At the moment, in the Webometrics ranking, KATU named after S. Seifullin occupies 13074 position.

In the QS Asia University Rankings 2023 entered the top of the best universities in Central Asia and ranked 401-450.

In 2022, S. Seifullin KATU took 11th place in the international IAAR Eurasian University Ranking.

In the QS Global World Rankings 2022, the university entered the top +1001 world university rankings among 14 universities in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the rating of educational programs of universities conducted by NCE RK "Atameken", they took 7 ЕP - 1st place, 4 ЕP – 2nd place, 2 ЕP – 3rd place. In total, more than 85 universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and more than 2000 educational programs participated in the rating.

In the General ranking of universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2022, KATU named after S. Seifullin took 3rd place.

The leaders among higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan are: Kazakh National University. al-Farabi (366,313 points), Eurasian National University named after. L. Gumilyov (232 179 points), Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after. S. Seifullina (136,899 points).

In the ranking of universities in the direction of EP bachelor's degree: agriculture and bioresources - 1st place; veterinary medicine - 2nd place; engineering, manufacturing and construction industries - 3rd place; information and communication technologies - 4th place; natural sciences, mathematics and statistics - 4th place.

In the direction of the EP of the master's degree: agriculture and bioresources - 1 place; engineering, manufacturing and construction industries - 1 place; veterinary medicine - 2nd place; information and communication technologies - 2nd place; natural sciences, mathematics and statistics - 3rd place

In the ranking of universities in the direction of EP doctoral studies: veterinary medicine - 1st place; agriculture and bioresources - 1st place; engineering, manufacturing and construction industries - 1 place; information and communication technologies - 3rd place.

In total, 40 universities of Kazakhstan and about 1000 EP participated in the ranking.

Of the 121 EP prizes, 56 EPs took them:

- 37 educational programs - 1 place;

- 15 educational programs - 2nd place;

- 4 educational programs - 3rd place.

In 2022-2023 39 educational programs have successfully passed post-accreditation monitoring.

University lecturers Mehtiev Ali Javanshirovich and Jataev Satvaldy Adineevich entered the top 50 of the General Ranking of the “Teaching Staff of Universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
