Today, the delegation of the Center for Green and Ecological Agriculture Research of Huazhong Agrarian University from China visited the Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University named after S. Seifullin. The purpose of the meeting was to establish mutually beneficial cooperation and create sustainable partnerships in the field of agriculture and education.
The delegation included researcher Li Peng, who held a meeting with the deans of the faculties of KATRU. Opening the meeting, Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Academic Mobility E.A. Uteubayeva welcomed the guests and noted the importance of international cooperation for the development of science and education.
Mr. Li Peng presented information about the activities of the Center, and also spoke about the achievements of Huazhong Agricultural University in the field of green and ecological agriculture. During the meeting, the results of the work of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Husbandry Technology, as well as the Faculty of Agronomy, were presented. Special attention was paid to the China-Kazakhstan Innovation Cooperation Center, which will facilitate the exchange of knowledge and resources between the two countries.
At the end, a panel discussion was held, during which the participants discussed possible areas of joint work and plans for the future. An important moment of the meeting was the general photographing, which symbolized the beginning of a new stage of cooperation.
Such a visit opens up new horizons for joint development in the field of agronomy and veterinary medicine, and also contributes to strengthening friendly relations between Kazakhstan and China.
