In accordance with Paragraph 13 of Annex 1 to the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 28, 2017 (No. 103), the project initiators are pleased to announce a public call for expressions of interest.
«S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University» NCJSC and «A. I. Barayev Research and production center for grain farming» LLP are initiating the creation of the «QazAgroOrganic» Regional Technology Park» LLP under the framework of a Public-Private Partnership.
Proposed areas of activity of «QazAgroOrganic» Regional Technology Park» LLP:
1) Business and management consulting;
2) Technical and engineering consulting;
3) Other auxiliary commercial services not included in other classifications.
Public discussion period: from September 2, 2025 to October 1, 2025.
We invite all interested organizations (including government agencies, representatives of the business community, science and research institutions, and civil society organizations) to provide their feedback, comments, and recommendations on the proposed project.
