      1. Key research areas:
      • plants, animals and humans immunological and PCR test systems development for infectious and invasive diseases diagnosis;
      • veterinary and sanitary evaluation of animal origin products rapid tests development (detection of residual quantities of antibiotics, angiomintics);
      • 16S rRNA genetic identification of microorganisms;
      • molecular genetic research of plant crop selection (wheat, barley, chickpea);
      • genotyping of domestic and foreign wheat varieties to determine the polymorphisms of vernalization Vrn genes;
      • mutant plant lines obtaining with improved agricultural properties using CRISPR / Cas9 technology;
      • maintaining of microorganisms collection: lactic acid bacteria, soil bacteria and yeasts, fungi and rare plant species;

       3. Main objectives:

      • Seifullin KATU students, undergraduates and doctoral students laboratory and practical classes carrying out for developing practical skills in applying modern biotechnological methods used in agriculture;
      • Participation in research projects conducted by the faculty and scientists of S. Seifullin KATU implementation of individual works using the material and technical base of the RPAB;
      • the implementation of their own research and innovation projects, including with the involvement of specialists as required by the specialists from the KATU them. Seifullin and other (domestic and foreign) organizations;
      • works execution for the order of third-party organizations using the material and technical base of RPAB;
      • holding seminars, conferences on the development, application and dissemination of modern biotechnological methods, including involving foreign organizations and scientists;
