Military registration

On the basis of Order No. 28 of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 24 January 2017 "On approval of the Rules for Military Registration of Military Obligations and Conscripts," military registration of military obligations and conscripts is carried out at their place of residence or temporary stay (for a period of more than three months).


After admission to the Kazakh Agricultural University named after S. Seifullin, non-local students need to withdraw from the military register at the military office at their place of residence. And within seven working days the student is obliged to get on the military register. For this purpose, non-local students are obliged to temporarily register in Nur Sultan with a term of not less than 6 months. Students who have received a place in the hostel are obliged to register with the commandant of the family hostel #4.


After receiving a temporary propiska in the city of Nur-Sultan, the student is obliged to apply to the city Central Office (Population Service Center) for registration with the military.

Carry the following documents:

  • Ascribed certificate (original);
  • Identity card (original).


Students who have the seal of the military board of Nur-Sultan in the certificate must apply to the SSC (hostel #8) 104, window #11.


All male students are placed on military registration strictly until November 1. Students who have not entered the military register will be taken measures, up to and including admission to the examination session.


All students who have entered the military register are issued a certificate of form No. 3 for delay from the army. At the same time, certificate No. 3 "on the hands" of the student is not issued, after the student is registered with the SSC Saken Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University, the specialist in military accounting personally delivers the certificate to the military registration and enlistment office.

With distance learning technology, students living in the city of Nur-Sultan enter the military register according to the above information.

For non-resident students, a certificate No. 3 is sent to the student's home address by registered mail for 3 working days, after they submit an application to the e-mail address In the application, the student indicates his educational program, training course, home address, contact details, and also attaches a copy of the identity card.

From the day of permission to study within the university nonresident students are required to temporarily register in the city of Nur-Sultan, with a period of at least 6 months, enter military registration through the city Community Service Centre and go to the SSC Saken Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University.
