Current research projects:

"Agronomic research and molecular genetic study of the resistance of peas to lodging by the method of marker-mediated breeding for intensive crop production in Northern and Central Kazakhstan" (agreement No. 275/GF-24-26 dated 09.09.2024), implemented with grant funding from scientists of scientific and scientific-technical projects for 2024-2026.

Education:

1981-1986 Tselinograd Agricultural Institute, Faculty of Agronomy, agricultural scientist; 1991-1994 Postgraduate studies at the Kazakh State Agrarian University, Faculty of Agronomy, crop production.

Work experience:

Since 1986, he has been at the S.Seifullin KATSU.

1989-1997 - worked as an assistant and senior lecturer.

From 1997 to 2006, he was Deputy Dean and Dean of the Faculty of Agronomy, Vice-Rector for Research and International Relations.

2007-2021 - Head of the Departments of "Plant Breeding" and "Plant Protection and Quarantine".

2021-2025 - Professor of the Department of Agriculture and Crop Production. Currently, he is a professor at the State Educational Institution "Crop Production".

Awards, certificates of honor:

Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, twice winner of the state grant of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan "The best University teacher". During his work in the pedagogical field, he was awarded the badge "I. Altynsarina", the medal of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Enbek Ardageri", certificates of honor and commendations from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
