In order to ensure the safety of life and health of students, faculty, other employees of educational institutions, as well as to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19 during the pandemic declared by the World Health Organization, based on the decision of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 12, 2020, No. 20, NAO «S.Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University» conducts classes of the third trimester of the 2019-2020 academic year in distance technology learning.

Requirements for entering Master’s degree program
Enrolment in the Master's degree program is carried out according to the Model Regulations of Admission to educational organizations that implement professional training program of postgraduate education, approved by the resolution of Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 109 from January, 19 2012.
Acceptance of documents is held from June, 20 till July, 20. Entrance examinations are from August, 1 till August, 20, enrollment is till August, 31.
Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreign citizens and stateless persons who have higher professional education and bachelor degree can enroll Master's degree program at S.Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University.
Students enrolling the Master's degree program submit the following documents:
1) an application form addressed to the head of the organization
2) a duplicate document of higher education
3) a duplicate of test certificate specified in paragraph 4 of Model Regulations of Admission to educational organizations that implement professional training program of postgraduate education (upon the existence)
5) personnel record card and document that proves working career (for those with work experience)
6) six photos (size 3x4 centimeters),
7) medical form 086,
8) identity card duplicate
9 ) list of scientific and methodological papers (upon the existence).
Duplicate of the documents are presented with its original for verification. After the verification the original ones are returned.
Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and stateless persons, except foreign citizens, enrolling Master's and PhD degree programs take entrance exams on:
1) one of foreign languages (English, French, German and Arabic if necessary for that specialty)
2) specialty.
Entrance exams in a foreign language are carried out on technologies approved by the National Testing Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Citizens of Kazakhstan, who have following international certificates proving skills of FL in accordance with European standards, are exempted from the entrance examination on foreign language:
English: Test of English as a Foreign Language, Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Programm (TOEFL ITP, at least 560 points), International English Language Tests System (IELTS, at least 6.0);
German: Deutsche Sprachprfung fur den Hochschulzugang (DSH, at least C1 level);
French: Test de Francais International TM (TFI, at least B1 level), Diplome d 'Etudes en Langue français (DELF, at least B1 level), Diplome Approfondi de Langue français (DALF, at least C1), Test de connaisances de français (TCF, at least 400 points)
Foreigners enrolling the Master's degree program take entrance exams on State or Russian languages (the language of instruction) and on specialties.
The exam on specialties is held by University Examination Committee.
Enrolling is carried out by state order, as well as on fee contract basis. Tuition fee is approved annually by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In the case of entering in the Master's degree program on a contract basis, bilateral agreement between the university and graduate student is signed.
