Condensed state physics, materials science, radio electronics. 

Delivered disciplines

Device-technological modeling in electronics, fundamentals of micro- and nanoelectronics, antenna-feeder devices and radio wave propagation, special issues of electronics.

Main areas of research

Development of advanced structural materials for modern power sources, materials science,condensed matter physics.

Current research projects

1) 2022-2024 Head of the scientific project on the topic: "Development of a technology for obtaining an effective cathode material for the creation of competitive sodium-ion batteries" (The project is carried out within the framework of the budget program of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan: 217 "Development of Science" subprogram 102 "Grant funding scientific research").

2) 2021-2023 Responsible executor in the scientific project of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the topic: “Development of technology for obtaining Bi-HTSC ceramics with high critical parameters” (The project is being implemented within the framework of the budget program of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan: 217 “Development of Science” subprogram 102 “Grant financing scientific research").
