Sphere of scientific interests

Improving the technology of processing oilseeds and the production of vegetable oils, meat products and training scientific and pedagogical personnel in the field of technology and technology for the production of food products.

2009-2011 South Kazakhstan Pedagogical University, specialty "Two foreign languages";

2014-2016 S.Seifullin Kazakh Agro-Technical University, Master's degree, specialty "Technology of food products".

2017-2020 Almaty Technological University, PhD studies, specialty "Technology of food products".

Work experience

1982-1984 - Central Asian Research Institute of Geology and Mineral Raw Materials, laboratory assistant.

1987-1996 - Lenin Tashkent State University, senior engineer, full-time postgraduate study.

1996-2000 - Chirchik Technical College, teacher.

2000-2005 - JSC "Kainar" plant for the production of vegetable oil, head of laboratory, deputy chief engineer for technology.

2009-2010 - M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University, senior lecturer.

2010-2013 - Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of College No. 2 in Shymkent

Since 02.09.2013 to the present - senior lecturer of the department "Technology of food and processing industries" S.Seifullin KazATU. Head of the experimental production department of vegetable oils. 

Main directions of research

Investigation of the quality of traditional and non-traditional vegetable oils, secondary products, maceration and blending of vegetable oils.

Development of products for elderly.

Research projects

Participation in the implementation of research and development work within the framework of the state order:

2021 - The executor of the project "Development of the domestic energy immunomodulating drink" "Balqymyz". 

Participation in the implementation of scientific research in international scientific projects:

2013-2017 - Performer of the international Tempus project "Development and implementation of master's programs in food safety, production and marketing of TRADITIONAL food products in Russia and Kazakhstan";

Since 2017 - the executor of the Erasmus + project on the topic "ASIAXIS - improving university education in thermal power systems for a cleaner environment with parallel improvements in the development of Ph.D. skills."
