Born on August 19, 1950 in the village of K. Marx, Lenin district, Kostanay region.

Career:

- Since 1973, agronomist at the Borovskoye State Farm;
- After serving in the army, agronomist at the Tengiz State Farm;
- From 1976 to 1980, chief agronomist at the Aksuat State Farm;
- From 1982 to 1984, he headed the Aksuat feedlot;
- In June 1984, director of the Kharkov Grain Farm;
- From 1997 to the present, director of Karken LLP, Mendykara
District, Kostanay Region.

Awards:

- Gold Star "Hero of Labor of Kazakhstan" (2009);
- Order of "Otan" (1999);
- Order of "Kurmet";
- Jubilee Medal "50 Years of the Tynga";
- Laureate of the Republican Competition "Paryz";
- Gold Medal of the National Economic Chamber of the Union "Atameken";
- Honorary Citizen of Kostanay Region;
- Honorary Citizen of Mendikara District.
