He was born on April 1, 1965 in the village of Zharlysu of the Algabas State Farm of Lugovsky (now Turar Ryskulov) district of Zhambyl region.
Labor activity:
- From 1986 to 1996, he worked at the Algabas state farm as a shepherd, farm manager, and livestock technician.
- From 1997 to 2020, the head of the peasant farm "Shaushen". Sairambai Donenbayev built the Murat Baba mosque, a boarding school for 40 students and a kindergarten for 92 places in the Ryskulov district. Philanthropist, entrepreneur.
Peasant farm "Shawsheen"
At one time, the Shaushen Farm was the first in the Zhambyl region to supply a large volume of meat products to the Astana retail chain. The farm exported 8,000 sheep to the United Arab Emirates and Iran.
Highly productive breeding animals are bred here - sheep and horses, tens of thousands of sheep of the Edilbaev breed, hundreds of horses of the local Kazakh breed. Currently, the farm has about 5,000 sheep
and horses. Today, the farm "Shaushen" is the largest agricultural company in the country.
