Born on January 7, 1936 in the village of Bolshaya Alekseyevka of Voronezh Region. Dvurechensky Valentin Ivanovich is a Soviet and Kazakh statesman, Minister of Agriculture of the Kazakh SSR (1990-1992).

Work experience:

- since 1962, chief agronomist of the Razdolny state farm in Auliekol district of Kostanay region;
- since 1967, chief agronomist of the Burevestnik state farm in Naurzum district of Kostanay region;
- since 1970, director of the Shevchenkovsky state farm in Zhetykarinsky district of Kostanay region;
- since 1973, first deputy of the Department of Agriculture of the Kostanay region;
- since 1975, head of the Department of Agriculture of the Kostanay region;
- since 1982, first secretary of the Uritsky district committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan of the Kostanay region;
- since 1985, second secretary of the Kostanay regional committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan;
- 1986-1992, deputy of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR;
- since 1989, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan;
- 1990-1992, Minister of Agriculture of the Kazakh SSR;
- since February 1992, General Director of Kostanay Research Institute of Agriculture.
