Work experience:
- From 1982 to 1984 he served in the Soviet Army.
- 1984 master of Kyzylorda house-building plant;
- Until 1994, for about 10 years in this organization, he worked as a foreman, site manager, and head of the assembly site;
- In 1994, he founded the partnership company Abzal and Company, specializing in the production and processing of rice, and was its director until 2016;
- President of the Rice Producers and Processors Association on a voluntary basis in 2008;
- From 2012 to 2016, he was a deputy of Kyzylorda regional maslikhat;
- Since March 24, 2016, Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
