Hero of Labor of Kazakhstan

- in 1968, he was a sports methodologist at the Druzhba State farm; after graduation, he was a mechanical engineer at the Leninsky State Farm, chairman of the working committee of Trade Unions at the Kazakh Research Institute of Potatoes and Vegetable Growing;
In 1979, he was an instructor at the organizational department of the Kaskelen district committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, secretary of the party committee of the Leninsky State farm;
- Since 1982, he has been an instructor at the Department of Agriculture of the Almaty Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan;
- since 1983, Director of the Leninsky State farm;
- In 1985, Chairman of the Kaskelen district Executive Committee;
- in 1986, the first secretary of the Chilean district Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan;
- Since 1988, First Deputy of the Almaty Regional Executive Committee, Chairman of the regional industry, Secretary of the Almaty Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan;
- In 1990, First Deputy Chairman of the State Agroindustry of the Kazakh SSR, and since 1991, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Development of the Kazakh SSR;
- From September 1991 to February 1992, Chairman of the Almaty Regional Council of People's Deputies;
- until December 1994, Head of the Almaty regional administration;

Investments of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- For several years, he represented Kazakhstan as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Kingdom of Belgium, the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. He introduced the representative office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the EU and NATO.
