Born May 4, 1937 in the Priishimsky state farm. In Soviet times, he was the organizer of Kazakhstan's agricultural production, and the general director of the Zenchenko and Company Partnership.

Work experience:

- In 1962, an electrician at the Leninsky state farm, then the head of the oil depot;
- Since 1965, a mechanic, then the head of the GTO;
- Since 1968, the chief mechanical engineer of the Leninsky state farm, the manager of the Sovetsky district association "Kazselkhoztekhnika";
- In 1973, deputy chairman of the executive committee of the Sovetsky district Council of Workers' Deputies;
- Since 1976, director of the Novonikolsky state farm;
- In 1992, head of the Novonikolskoye tenant agrofirm;
- From 1997 to 2016, general director of the Zenchenko and Company partnership.

Awards and titles:

- Golden star "hero of Labor of Kazakhstan" (2008);
- Order of "Otan" (1999, 2008);
- Order of the "Red Banner of Labor";
- Order of "Kurmet".
- Jubilee medal "10 years of the Constitution of Kazakhstan";
