Hero of Labor of Kazakhstan

Born on June 11, 1958 in the village of Malinovka, Tselinograd district, Akmola region. Organizer of Kazakhstani agricultural production.
Career path:
- From 1980 to 1985, he was the foreman of the tractor-field brigade of the Red Banner State Farm of the Tselinograd district;
- In 1985-1987, he was the chief engineer of the Kyzyl Tu state farm;
- Since 1987, director of the Rodina state farm, then of Rodina Agrofirma LLP;
-In 1994, the Rodina state farm was privatized under a pilot project, becoming the first private farm in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and I. A. Sauer became its head;
