Мaster class with the participation of the champion of the Republic of Kazakhstan Karashat Zaurbekova was held in the women's wrestling section.
Karashat Zaurbekova told the section participants about the basics of tactical training, demonstrated technical techniques and spoke about the importance of psychological training in sports and martial arts in particular.
Our students willingly performed techniques under the guidance of the national champion. After the master class on the wrestling mat, Karashat Zaurbekova answered the questions of the section participants.
The meeting with a famous athlete was both useful and interesting for girls involved in women's wrestling.
The sports club of KazATU considers the practice of inviting famous athletes to meet with university students productive. The organization of such master classes will help our athletes master the basics of skill and encourage young people to go in for sports.
