On October 10, 2024, the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Seifullin Readings-20" was held, dedicated to the 130th anniversary of S.Seifullin.
According to the conference program, 11 reports were presented in the section "Modern Telecommunication technologies".
Based on the results of the competition for the best scientific report, the section jury decided to award:

Почетный профессор Казахского национального аграрного университета. Карьера. 1979 г. — Кайрат Айтуганов начал работать оператором цеха перевозки Кокчетавского почтамта. 1984-1985 гг. — ассистент кафедры почвоведения Целиноградского сельхозинститута. 1987-1989 гг. — агроном, старший агроном, главный экономист совхоза Карабулакский Зерендинского р-йона Кокчетавской обл.
