Born on December 15, 1963, in the city of Kitab (Uzbek SSR) — the Kazakh farmer, a hero of Labor of Kazakhstan (2022).

Labor activity:

-From 1987 to 1991, he worked in the repair and maintenance team of the Klaipeda trawler fleet;
-in February 1992, the main engineer at the plant of the TENGIZNEFTESTROY trust was appointed;
-in 1995, the responsibility of the director of the plant of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
-in October 1997, the director of TENGIZNEFTESTROY JSC;
From 1999 to 2011, he was the general director of the construction company TENGIZSTROYSERVICE LLP.
- In April 2006 the head of the Krestyanskiy Khanate "Atyrauagroonimderi" in Makhambet District of Atyrau region. Also, the main teachers of rural communities are Suyunduk and young Kairat.

- Gold Star "Hero of Labor of Kazakhstan"  and the order "Otan" (2022);
- order " II level Dostyk " (2013);
