Hero of Labor of Kazakhstan
(By Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
dated December 5, 2016)
Labor activity:
- In 1989, he worked as a coach at the Karasu Children's and Youth Sports School;
- In 1990, he worked as a combine harvester and engineer at the Tyuntyugursky state farm.;
- Since 1991, Deputy Chairman of the Karasu District Youth Initiative Foundation, Director of the Zhastar small enterprise;
- Since 1996, General Director of JSC ATP Karasuskoye;
- Since 1999, President of JSC "Karasu";
- Since 2002, General Director of TPK Karasu LLP, engaged in agricultural production;
- in 1999, he developed a program to modernize technological processes in agriculture, began to practice chemical steam instead of repeated destructive mechanical treatments for the soil;
- since 2008, it has been transitioning to zero technology of grain cultivation, which ensures harvest even in conditions of drought.
He is the author of the invention "Method of cultivating grain crops on fallow and fallow lands."
