He was born on May 6, 1951, in the village of Chapaev, Zhambyl region. An entrepreneur in the field of agriculture in independent Kazakhstan, engaged in animal husbandry and developed breeding of breeding horses.

Sports and work experience:

- in 1971, after two years of wrestling, he won the Kazakh SSR Freestyle Wrestling Championship.
- in the same year, he won the Kazakh SSR Classic Wrestling Championship again.
- in 1972, he competed in the USSR Championship, he became the fifth;
- In 1973, he became the bronze medalist of the national championship and joined the USSR national team.;
- two-time champion of the USSR in 1975, and 1980; champion of the Spartakiad of the Peoples of the USSR;
- silver medalist of the USSR Championship in 1978 and 1979:
