April 6, 2018 the CEO and the founder of e-learning design and development company, The Training Room Online Ms Kirsty Chadwick, in the company of the representative and interpreter of the Embassy of South Africa Ms Gulderiym Seidalina visited S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University (hereinafter referred to as KATU).

The purpose of the visit is to familiarize with the university activities and to consider opportunities for cooperation in the field of digitalization of agriculture.

The meeting was attended by the Vice-rector for science and innovation activities I.T. Tokbergenov and the Director of the ICMEDC S.A. Meiramova.

I.T. Tokbergenov briefly presented information on the activities of the university, as well as identified possible prospective areas of cooperation.

In turn, Ms. Kirsty Chadwick introduced her company, which specializes in creating innovative, high quality, cost-effective and fully customised digital learning solutions enhanced with gamification, animation, illustrations and video.

During the negotiations, the Parties came to a decision to develop mutually beneficial cooperation, in particular, Ms. Kirsty Chadwick plans to visit KATU purposefully in the next 2 weeks in order to discuss in detail the joint work on the development of educational and research technological platforms for digitalization in agriculture of Kazakhstan.

At the end of the meeting the Vice-rector for science and innovation activities I.T. Tokbergenov handed the guests memorable souvenirs, the parties made a memorable photo and confirmed the establishment of long-term mutually beneficial cooperation.
