In the 1st quarter of 2023, the following activities were carried out:
1) A working meeting of coordinators of partner countries to discuss the stages of implementation of the work schedule for 2023 for all project participants. Date : 03.02.2023 .
2) A working meeting of coordinators of partner countries to discuss the redistribution of tasks for the implementation of planned work for 2023 and a plan for the procurement of equipment by partner universities from Kazakhstan. Date : 16.02.2023 .

3) Team members from NAO KATIU named after. S.Seifullina held a seminar on the topic “Modern innovative technologies for waste management” as part of the Un - Waste project . Date: March 27-31, 2023, Astana (the seminar program is attached). During the seminar, the organizers and project participants gave lectures, conducted discussions, practical classes and master classes for undergraduates from partner universities. Excursions to scientific laboratories and centers of KATIU were organized for the seminar participants. S. Seifullin , EXPO, innovative enterprises of Astana in the field of waste disposal and processing. At the end, all participants were awarded certificates of participation in the scientific seminar.
4) Working meeting of coordinators of partner countries to discuss issues of purchasing necessary equipment and software for partner universities in Kazakhstan.

Карьера. 1979 г. — Кайрат Айтуганов начал работать оператором цеха перевозки Кокчетавского почтамта. 1984-1985 гг. — ассистент кафедры почвоведения Целиноградского сельхозинститута. 1987-1989 гг. — агроном, старший агроном, главный экономист совхоза Карабулакский Зерендинского р-йона Кокчетавской обл.
