- strengthening the skills of organizing and conducting soil and agrochemical surveys; conducting mass analyzes of fertilizers, soil, plants; compiling agrochemical cartograms;

- development of the ability to make independent decisions when developing recommendations on the effective use of chemicals; providing specific assistance to agricultural producers.

General characteristics of the educational program

The specific features, scale and importance of chemicalization in agriculture require the functioning of an independent specialized system of agrochemical services, the main function of which is the scientifically based use of mineral and organic fertilizers, chemical and biological plant protection products, soil ameliorators, feed additives, growth substances and other means chemicalization in agricultural enterprises. With the direct participation of specialists of agro-chemical service, advanced methods and technologies for the use of chemicals are introduced, new types of fertilizers and growth stimulants are being tested and introduced into production. Specialists of agro-chemical service maintain constant control over the state of fertility of the lands of the republic.

This OP has been designed in such a way that it provides an opportunity to study the basics of using modern methods of collecting information storage and processing in the agrochemical survey of soils of agricultural lands, conducting agrochemical and agroecological monitoring. Thus, the graduate who has mastered this EP will be ready to carry out work on the organization and conduct of soil-agrochemical and environmental surveys; conducting mass analyzes of fertilizers, soil, plants; compiling agrochemical cartograms; the development of recommendations for the rational use of agricultural land and the effective use of chemicals; providing specific assistance to agricultural producers.
