The purpose of the educational program is to prepare bachelors who meet the requirements of employers and the demands of the labor market, able to solve professional problems in management, organizational, innovation, information and analytical, research activities in the field of cadastre and regulation of land relations

Objectives of the educational program:

• formation of basic professional competencies of future bachelors in the field of cadastre;
• training of bachelors with the necessary knowledge to perform all types of land cadastre works.

General characteristics of the educational program

The educational program "Cadastre" is particularly relevant, because with the transition to market relations, land has acquired a completely different status, namely the status of real estate. As a result, the land market is formed and developing in the Republic, which is based on the cadastre, the components of which are the state registration of rights to real estate, accounting for the quantity and quality of land and other real estate objects and their evaluation. Bachelors in the specialty "Cadastre" study the list of disciplines that allow to master professional competencies in the field of land valuation and other real estate objects, zoning of land for various purposes, payments for land, property tax, e-government, land monitoring based on GIS technologies, state control over their use and protection, etc.

Professional competence:

1. the ability to apply the provisions of legal, economic and administrative regulation of land and property relations for the rational use and protection of land;
2. to be able to assign cadastral numbers to land plots, to fill in the land cadastre book and the unified state register of lands and real estate, to carry out state registration of rights to real estate;
3. be able to carry out quantitative and qualitative accounting of land and other real estate objects on the basis of GIS technologies;
4. be able to determine the cadastral and market value of land and other real estate on the basis of land zoning;
5. to carry out land monitoring and state control over land use and protection;
6. to carry out inventory of lands and other real estate objects, to make technical passports;
7. to conduct scientific research and be able to implement their results in production in solving problems in the field of cadastre and regulation of land relations.
