The purpose of the educational program: to prepare graduates to conduct research and solve practical problems in the field of land relations and land management to improve activities in the field of cadastre.

Objectives of the educational program:

• to know and identify problems of the land cadastre at the present stage, to be able to develop ways to solve them, to know and identify problems of land legislation in the field of land relations in order to improve the cadastre;
• know the features and formation of land market development in Kazakhstan, the characteristics and the specifics of land relations in Kazakhstan, it is based (land ownership, land use right) and the main stages of development of land relations, the impact of agrarian crisis and agrarian reform on land relations;
• know the legal and regulatory support in the field of cadastral activity, the forms of its implementation, the technology of cadastral works, be able to organize and carry out complex cadastral works;
• to know and identify problems in the use of land resources for their rational use.
