The uniqueness of the educational program of training of doctors of philosophy (PhD) in the direction of training 8D014 - Management in technical and vocational education is multidisciplinary, combining technical, psychological, pedagogical and methodology of science, aimed at the formation of a graduate who is able to manage the pedagogical process of higher education, to carry out research activities on the problems of higher education on the basis of integration of education and science and effective training of scientific, scientific and pedagogical personnel of new formations, capable of solving the issues of improving society, science, education and the development of new technologies.
The educational program is focused on the transfer of scientific and methodological knowledge, but, first of all, on the ability to apply this knowledge to solve real problems of science and pedagogy, i.e. on the formation of the basic level of professional competencies reflected in the competence model of the graduate.
