A graduate of the OP is a production manager who organizes the work of the livestock industry, using modern approaches and methods of technology for the production and processing of livestock products.
A graduate should know:fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the sphere of professional activity; innovative technologies for the production of livestock products; modern feed production technologies;new methods of breeding, evaluation of large and small cattle; technology for processing by-products of animal husbandry; fundamentals of farm business management; basic principles of business planning at enterprises producing livestock products;digital technologies in animal husbandry; basic principles of marketing, commercial transactions of the enterprise.

The content of the program. The educational program "Animal husbandry" was created on the basis of a request from employers in connection with the increased need for specialists who have general cultural, professional and specialized competencies in the field of livestock production, contributing to its social mobility and demand in the labor market.
The peculiarity of the implemented program is the strengthening of fundamental knowledge and the application of an interdisciplinary approach to the development of professional disciplines that combine knowledge and competencies in the field of animal husbandry. The educational program was developed in accordance with the National Qualifications Framework, professional standards, agreed with the Dublin Descriptors and the European Qualifications Framework and agreed by the State Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 604 dated October 31, 2018, taking into account the recommendations of professors of the Agroparizhtech University, France.
The educational program is focused on providing comprehensive and high-quality training of competitive, highly qualified specialists capable of solving theoretical and practical tasks of professional activity in modern conditions based on the development of skills and abilities necessary for a future specialist in combination with the requirements of advanced technologies.
The uniqueness of the educational program is the introduction and application of dual forms of education for practical training of professional disciplines directly at enterprises and farms of different forms of ownership, studying the issues of raising, feeding animals and birds, conducting agricultural operations, etc. (on the basis of the experimental station of the North Kazakhstan region "SKOS" and advanced farms of the Russian Federation).
Advanced fundamental training within the framework of the educational program will allow graduates of the bachelor's degree to continue their studies in the master's degree.
The educational program is designed on the basis of a system of studying disciplines and includes 14 modules that form general education and professional competencies.
The educational program includes theoretical training in the amount of 205 credits and practical training in the amount of 8 credits and final control - 12 credits. At the same time, the student must master 46 credits or 1380 hours for the mandatory component (the OOD cycle), 142 credits or 4260 hours for the university component and 72 credits or 2160 hours for the component of choice.

The educational program has been developed in accordance with the National Qualifications Framework and Professional Standards, according to the State Standard approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 31, 2018 No. 604.
The educational program is designed on the basis of a modular system for studying disciplines and includes 3 modules forming general education and professional competencies.
The educational program includes theoretical training, including basic and core disciplines in the amount of 25 credits, practical training in the amount of 20 credits, research work in the amount of 123 credits. During the training, the doctoral student must master 10 credits of the mandatory component and 15 credits of the optional component. 12 credits are planned for the final certification. For the preparation and defense of a doctoral dissertation - 12 credits. In total, over 3 years of study, a doctoral student must master 180 credits.
