Study of the current situation of contamination of soil, water and food in Kazakhstan with heavy metals, study of the decrease in the bioavailability of heavy metals by chelation with peptides obtained from camel and mare milk, evaluation of the effectiveness of methods for sequestration of heavy metals in soil
