Rational use of natural plant resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan for quality and long-lasting anti-aging effects in humans.Production of vegetable oil and processing of its products.Efficient production of biologically active food, health-promoting, and medicinal products from plant resources.Effective application of biotechnological and food processing methods and equipment in the production of food and health-promoting products, as well as biologically active supplements.

1966 - 1971: Graduated from the Zhambyl Technological Institute of Light and Food Industry with a degree in "Machines and Apparatuses for Food Production" and a qualification of Mechanical Engineer.

• 1975 - 1979: Completed full-time postgraduate studies at the Voronezh Technological Institute in the specialty 05.18.12 "Processes and Apparatuses of Food Production".

• 2009 - 2012: Studied in the doctoral program (full-time) at the Department of Machines and Equipment for Food Production at Voronezh State University of Engineering Technologies.

Work experience

1971-1975: Began professional activity as an assistant and senior lecturer at the Zhambyl Technological Institute of Light and Food Industry;

• 1979-1998: Senior lecturer at the branch of the Zhambyl Technological Institute of Light and Food Industry in Almaty;

• 1998-1999: Senior Researcher at the Kazakh Research Institute of Food Industry;

• 1999-2002: Senior Researcher at the Kazakh Research Institute of Horticulture and Viticulture;

• 2001-2002: Associate Professor, Deputy Dean at the Kazakh Engineering and Technology University;

• 2002-2005: Associate Professor at the Akmola University of Technology and Business;

• 2002-2005: Head of Laboratory, Senior Researcher at the Kazakh Research Institute of Grain and its Processing;

• 2004-2012: Associate Professor of the Department of Biology and Biotechnology, Faculty of Natural and Technical Sciences at L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University;

• 2012–2014 — Professor of the Department of Biotechnology and Microbiology, Faculty of Natural Sciences;

2007-2014 1). Under the budget program: "Grant Financing of Scientific Research" on the topic: "Study of the mechanisms of action of molybdoenzymes in plant resistance to pathogens under salinity conditions."

2) Development of technology for obtaining water-oil food emulsions from safflower seeds for the production of new types of food products. Production of high-quality water-oil functional food stable concentrated emulsions, with the main task being the preservation of the quality of all ingredients (funding application).
