Sphere of scientific interests

Improving the technology of waste-free complex processing of processing plants of oilseeds (safflower, laziness) and training scientific and pedagogical personnel in the field of technology and technology of food production.

Ensuring the process of moisture removal from biological and food products in rotary film apparatuses.

Rational use of natural plant resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan for functional purposes, for the purpose of anti-aging and high-quality human longevity. Efficient production of biologically active food, therapeutic and prophylactic and medicinal products from plant resources. Effective application of biotechnological and food processes and devices in the production of biologically active additives, food and therapeutic and prophylactic drugs. Development of innovative technologies of food products and biologically active substances, therapeutic and prophylactic and medicinal preparations from the flora of Kazakhstan.

Research projects

Participation in the implementation of research within the framework of the state order:

1). Under the budget program: "Grant financing of scientific research" on the topic: "Study of the mechanisms of action of molybdenum enzymes in plant resistance to pathogens in salinization conditions".2007-2014.

2) Development of technology for the production of water-oil food emulsions from safflower seeds for the production of new types of food products. Obtaining high-quality water-oil functional food stable concentrated emulsions, the main task of which is to preserve the quality of all ingredients (application for financing).

Participation in the implementation of research in international scientific projects:

1). Within the framework of the Kazakh-Chinese International Scientific and Technical cooperation for the development of a joint research program between the L.N. Eurasian National University. Gumilyova (Department of Biology and Biotechnology) Astana City, Kazakhstan and the Shanxi Institute of Medicine and Life Sciences Taiyuan City, China on the selection of valuable mushroom species from natural populations and the development of technology for their cultivation for the production of food and medicinal products under the project SC 08-22 (led by Yang Huaizun) "Collection, processing, isolation and cultivation of special mushrooms and their evaluation and use" and according to the project SC 08-17 (headed by Xie Hong) "Collection, processing, selection and cultivation of edible and medicinal mushrooms and their evaluation and use".- the project is incomplete, it has a continuation.
