Education

In 2005, A.M. Elshibekov graduated from the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M. Tynyshpaev. After successfully defending his thesis, he received a referral to production.

In 2015, he entered the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M. Tynyshpaev for a master's degree in the specialty 6M071300 – "Transport, transport equipment and technologies", in 2017 he successfully defended his dissertation and received a master's degree in technical sciences.

In 2017, he entered the doctoral program in the specialty 6D071300 – "Transport, transport equipment and technologies". In 2023, he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation at the dissertation Council of the Academy of Logistics and Transport in Almaty, specialty 6D071300 – "Transport, transport equipment and technologies" on the topic "Research on the effectiveness of using an energy storage device in an electric rolling stock". With the decision of the Committee for Quality Assurance in the field of Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Order No. 228 dated May 26, 2023), the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty 6D071300 – "Transport, transport equipment and technologies" was awarded

Work experience and experience

2005-2006 – After graduating from the academy, he worked at the electric locomotive repair plant of Baiterek-A JSC in Atbasar as a locksmith, then as a foreman of the auxiliary machinery workshop. He took an active part in several rationalization projects in production, including the rationalization projects "Formation of a wagon heating system by connecting additional windings to the traction transformer of an electric locomotive", "Modernized passenger electric locomotive VL-40".

2007-2008 – Worked in JSC Almaty Bridge Construction Plant as an electrical workshop master. 

Since 2008, he has been changing his work orientation to the path of scientific activity.

2008-2023 – Worked at the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M. Tynyshbayev at the Department of Rolling Stock as a teacher. 

Since 2023, he has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Transport Engineering and Technology at the Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University named after S. Seifullin

The total experience of Elshibekov A.M. is 19 years, including scientific and pedagogical experience of 16 years. 

During his work, Elshibekov A.M. published more than 20 methodological manuals (lecture courses) and instructions for course projects (works), laboratory work on a number of disciplines for full-time and part-time students for full-time and part-time students. 

Elshibekov A.M. is the author of more than 25 scientific papers presented in information publications of national and international importance, of which 2 articles have been published in journals with a non-zero impact factor
