1979-1984, Kazakh State University named after S.M.Kirov, Faculty of Mechanics and Applied Mathematics, specialty mechanics of liquid, gas and plasma, specialty mechanics of liquid, gases and plasma, red diploma.
1984-1987, Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Energy, postgraduate degree in Hydraulics and Hydraulic Engineering. He defended his PhD thesis in 1989. On the topic "Hydraulic calculation of the two-chamber dampener of the mine spillway of the Bestyubinsky hydroelectric complex".
2005-2007, Kazakh National Agrarian University, doctoral studies. He defended his doctoral thesis at K.Satpayev KazNTU in 2008 with a degree in Emergency Safety.

2017 - present – Senior lecturer at the Department of Thermal Power Engineering, Faculty of Energy of KazATU named after S.Seifullin.
2010 – 2017 KazNII Energetiki im. Academician Sh.Ch.Chokina (Deputy Chairman of the Management Board)
