Ensuring of sustainable development and competitiveness of agriculture through the utilization of economic capacity of rural areas.

The competitiveness of agrarian economy, diversification of agriculture, sustainable development of agrarian sector of the economy, development of rural areas, rationale for staffing needs in rural areas.
