2001-2012	Deputy director of the stud farm "Kazak tulpari" of Kostanay region
2012 - 2021	Head of the Horse Breeding Department of the Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Animal Husbandry and Feed Production
2021 - to the present	Senior Lecturer at the Department of Ecology of the Faculty of Forestry, Wildlife an Environment, S. Seifullin KATRU
