Development of new and promising materials with special electro physical properties for electronics Nanostructured material

Physical fundamentals of electronic engineering materials, printed circuit Board Technology and surface mounting 

The main directions of research

High-temperature superconductors, ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials, and electrode materials for batteries. Production of ceramic and monocrystalline materials for various purposes.

1982 Engineer of the Special design Bureau at the Institute of Physics and technology of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Tashkent).

1984 – 1996 Junior researcher at the laboratory of radiation physics of optical materials of the Institute of nuclear physics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Tashkent)

1996 -2003 Head of the "monocrystal" Department of the NGO "PHONON" (Tashkent).

2003-2006 Engineer technologist of the 1st category of JV "Uzglasszayden" (Tashkent)

2006 – 2013  Senior researcher At the Institute of materials science of the NGO "Physics-Sun" of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Tashkent)

2013 –   Senior lecturer, associate Professor of the Department of radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications of S. Seifullin KazATU.
