Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University named after S.Seifullin held a meeting with the leadership of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption in the city of Astana. The meeting was opened by the Chairman of the Board - Rector of KazATIU, Academician K.M. Tireuov.
The meeting was attended by the First Deputy Head of the Department of the Agency for Astana A.A. Agibayev and the speaker of the Antikor educational pool and Director of the International Academy of Competencies LLP Asylbekova L.U., Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Candidate of Medical Sciences.
During his speech, Mr. Agibayev stressed the importance of fighting corruption.
Professor Asylbekova gave a lecture to the audience on the topic "Values in the modern world: from awareness to efficiency". Leyla Umurzakovna shared with the guests, management and students of the university recommendations for improving professionalism and personal development.
KazATIU has established a Compliance Control and Corporate Ethics Council, which includes prominent scientists and university professors.
2nd year student of KazATIU, participant of the project "Volunteering against Corruption" Ademi Junisova in her speech noted that 68 volunteers of our university took part in this project and expressed confidence that the number of volunteers will increase over time.
