Round table on the topic "Actual problems of family law"

Within the framework of the club "Eco-Law" a round table was held on the topic "Actual problems of family law" organized by senior lecturers of the department of "Economics" BaydalinaG.Sh. and Ovchinnikova T.V. The purpose of the event is to increase the legal culture in the field of family law, the level of knowledge of students about the main provisions of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On marriage (matrimony) and the family”.

In the course of the round table, presentations of students from group 07-045-19-08 on problematic issues of family law were heard and their discussion was held. Among the topics discussed were: the problems of medical examination of persons entering into marriage, establishing the origin of children born using assisted reproductive technologies, foster care, etc. Activists of the Eco-Law club Abdinagy Akhmet (07-044-21-02) also took part in this event with the topic "Family Law: Jewish Family" and Tumenbayeva Shakhirizada (07-047-21-13) with the topic "Forms of placement of children left without parental care"
