On December 2-3, 2023, an open regional debate tournament “Shabyt: 6 YEARS” was held on the occasion of the 6th anniversary of the Union of Intellectuals “Shabyt” of the Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov. Serik Farhad, a 1st year student of the Faculty of Engineering, took part in this tournament on behalf of the university and took 1st place. He was also awarded a diploma in the “Best Speaker” category.
