On April 29, 2023, at the Department of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications, a scientific seminar was held on the topic “An effective method for obtaining high-temperature superconductor ceramics from a melt.” Associate Professor Uskenbaev D.E. made a presentation.

As a result of the study, a method was developed for obtaining HTSC ceramics based on a glass phase, obtained from a melt in a crucibleless method under the influence of IR radiation. The rate of formation of HTSC phases increased by a factor of 3–4 compared to solid-phase and other melt methods.
