From September 28 to October 21, the traditional Spartakiad among freshmen "First-year student 2022" was held at KazATU named after S. Seifullin.

Tournament organizers Sports Club of the University and the Department of Physical Education timed the competition to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S.Seifullin.

Competitions were held in 9 sports: basketball (male/female), volleyball (male/female), mini-football, table tennis, chess, togyzkumalak, arm wrestling (male/female), kazak kuresi and asyk atu.

In the team event, the athletes of the LMAandD faculty won a convincing victory in the Spartakiad - 76 points. In second place is the Faculty of Energy - 64 points. On the third Economic - 56 points
