history of the orchestra's creation is closely linked to the history of the educational institution. In 1959, a circle of the dombrist ensemble was opened and started its work at the S. Assistance in attracting students of the S.Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University for accelerated learning of the German language and passing agricultural practice and internships under the programs “LOGO e.V”, “DEULA-Nienburg”, “Weihenstephan-Triesdorf”

n the first half of the 2015-2016 school year, the department of foreign languages resumed the work of the German Language Club in order to develop extracurricular language training, the formation of language practice and language environment for students. All club meetings are held by teachers of the department and students with a high level of knowledge of the German language.

Members of the Club are students, undergraduates and teachers of the S.Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University.

During club meetings, the main work is focused on conducting discussions, presentations on various topics, viewing art and video films in the form of interactive forms, round tables, creative evenings

Twice a month, club members visit the INFO-LAB center at the Goethe-Institut, where various meetings with native speakers, creative meetings and films are shown for club members and students.

The Club of the French language has been working in the S.Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University since 2009.

The French club is inside the university structure, uniting all students of French-speaking (French-speaking) and those who want to learn and join the culture of France.

he purpose of the Club of French lovers: to develop the French language and French culture in the Kazakh Agrotechnical University.

Objectives of the Club of French lovers:

• To increase the level of spoken French among students; promote the development of students' language practice;
• To form a student asset for further participation in scientific conferences, agricultural internships (practice at the Higher Agricultural School of Angi, language internship at the Azur Lingua language school in Nice) and international programs;
• to overcome the language barrier;
• To make learning French more accessible to all students of S.Seifullin KATU.

English Language Club has resumed its work in S.Seifullin Kazakh Agricultural University since September 2017.

The aims of the English language club are:

• Development and improvement of English speaking skills;
• Non formal and entertaining communication in foreign language;
• Introduction of the culture of English speaking countries;
• Active participation in forming еру university community and support of culture traditions of the university.  

The objectives of the English language club are:

• Facilitate interconnectivity among students of different universities, regions and countries;
• Organizing workshops and masterclasses and seminars for teaching and developing English language skills of students;
• Promote students’ participation in research and creative events: Forming active students group for further participation in scientific conferences, agricultural traineeship, in the programs of academic mobility, in international training programs and participation in international projects.  

   In the first half of 2017-2018 academic year, foreign languages department renewed the work of the English language club so as to develop extracurricular language training, to practice language skills and form linguistic environment for students. Club events are conducted in English.

     The club events are run by the teachers of the department and the students, whose English is good.

   Club members are students, master course students and the teachers of S. Seifullin Kazakh Agro technical University, namely the teachers wishing to speak fluent English.

   The work of the club focuses on raising discussions, introducing presentations of different themes, watching movies in an interactive mode.

   During the first half of the year the club members met twice a month (for example, round table, seminar, watching short films on definite themes with further discussion of the plot, presentation of films and do on).

   One of the first events of the club was devoted to the theme “What makes people happy” supervised by senior teachers of the department of foreign languages M. Baigoshkarova and S. Rustemova, the  event was organized and conducted according to the method of French methodologist Edward de Bono “Six thinking hats”.

   The following teachers – B.Ye. Alimzhanova and A.P, Abildina introduced the presentations on the theme “Relationships between parents and children”. During the presentation the members of the club watched the movie on the theme and expressed their opinions on the topic and the movie. Discussion took an interactive form. 

   The following teachers of foreign languages department – Kaikenov D.B. and Zhalelova G.M. conducted a role-play lesson of “Inventions. Robot technology”

BASIC PROVISIONS

Literary and creative club "Literary Lounge", established at the department of the Kazakh and Russian languages ​​of the Faculty of Humanities of our university, is engaged in the development of creative abilities of students.

The content of the program includes such structural elements that contribute to the development of creative imagination and literary and creative abilities of students. In the course of creative imagination, a person creates his own images and ideas. A student will be able to create an image if, apart from the aesthetic position, he has a developed imagination.

Тоғызқұмалақ (Togyzkumalak) League Club

Team game among girls and boys is organized by the student council of the dormitory number 6 of the S.Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University.

Purpose:

• Promotion of healthy lifestyle and sports;
• Promoting self-development, logic, memory, concentration of attention among students;
• Directing students to the effective use of free time;
• To teach students to be purposeful, to develop will and character, to be disciplined;
• Develop students' participation in sports leagues and contribute to the development of тоғызқұмалақ;
• Attracting students to creative opportunities, ability to learning;
• Interaction with other dormitories, development and strengthening of the sport.

Chess League Club

The chess game between girls and boys among the dormitories of the S.Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University is organized by the Student Council of the dormitory № 8.

Purpose:

• Propaganda of chess, because it can be called a universal simulator for the brain;
• Promoting self-development, logic, memory, concentration of students' attention through chess.
• Guidelines for the effective use of leisure for students;
• To teach students to be purposeful, to develop will and character, to be disciplined;
• To develop students' participation in sports leagues and to promote the development and strengthening of chess competitions;
• Attracting students to creative opportunities, ability to learning;
• Creating interaction with other dormitories, its development and strengthening.

“Basketball League” is a team game between girls and boys that is organized by the student council of the dormitory number №2a of our university.

Purpose:

• Promotion of healthy lifestyle and sports;
• Promoting the harmonious development of students' flexibility and consistency through a basketball game;
• Directing students to the effective use of free time;
• To teach students to be in a team, personal interest not to put above the interests of the team, to be disciplined, to provide timely assistance to others;
• To develop students' participation in sports leagues, to promote the development and strengthening of the basketball game;
• Attracting students to cohesion;
• Interaction with other dormitories, development and strengthening of the sport.

"Volleyball League" - a game of volleyball between girls and boys among the hostel of Kazakh Agro Technical University. S.Seifullina, organized by the Student Council of the hostel No. 5.

Purpose:

• Promotion of a healthy lifestyle and sports;
• Promoting the harmonious development of flexibility and consistency of movement in students through volleyball;
• The direction of students to the effective use of free time;
• To teach students to be in a team, personal interest not to put above the interests of the team, to be disciplined, to provide timely assistance to others;
• Develop student participation in sports leagues, contribute to the development and strengthening of volleyball;
• Attracting students to cohesion;
• Interaction with other hostels, development and strengthening of this sport.
