During the lesson, the following techniques were discussed in detail: entering the hip, throws to the left and right, throws from a kneeling position, high-speed grabs, entering the shoulder, and many others.
The participants of the section had an excellent opportunity to get acquainted with the basics of a particular technique, immediately consolidating knowledge in practice.
