The Convention on the Rights of the Child was adopted by the UN General Assembly on 20.11.1989. Ratified by the Resolution of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 77 dated June 8, 1994. The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities - UN - March 30, 2007.
The basic principles of state policy in the field of education include the equal right of everyone to receive quality education; access to education at all levels of the population, taking into account the intellectual development, psycho-physiological and individual characteristics of each person.
Article 3, paragraphs 1, 2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education"
Inclusive education is one of the processes of expanding the education system aimed at ensuring access to quality education for all. It aims to include children with special educational needs in a quality educational environment, regardless of their physical, mental, intellectual, cultural, thnic, linguistic and other characteristics, eliminate all obstacles to their quality education, and ensure their social adaptation and integration into society.
