During 2014-2020 he was the scientific supervisor of budget projectin priority areas of science:

- Improving techniques and methods for monitoring and forecasting the epidemiological (epizootological) situation in the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012-2014.

212 Program of the targeted funding, Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan(16,5 mln. tenge.);

- Development of the scientific basis for effective monitoring, risk assessment and prediction of socially significant infections using GIS technologies, 055 Program of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012-2014(16,5 mln. tenge.);

- According to the budget program: 249 «Scientific research and activities in the field of agriculture and environmental management» on this topic: «Regionalization of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by categories of biological safety in case of especially dangerous infectious diseases of animals», 2015-2017(24 mln. tenge).

Executor of the international project KZ-35 «Monitoring highly pathogenic swine fever viruses (HPSFV) in Kazakhstan». The project was developed for submission to the United States Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) under an intergovernmental agreement between the United States and Kazakhstan dated October 3, 1995.
