1975 a post graduate course. Has defended a thesis on competition of a scientific degree of the candidate of physical and mathematical sciences in Uralsk polytechnic institute in Sverdlovsk

1981 scientific degree of the doctor of physical and mathematical sciences 1996 Physical technical institute of Academies of sciences of Republic Kazakhstan, Almaty. The professor of the Maximum Attestative Committee of Republic of Kazakhstan with 1997.

Since 1975	Academician E.A. Buketov Karaganda State University, the physical faculty, managing faculty of theoretical physics, then faculty of optics and wave processes, the dean of physical faculty, the professor of faculty of the common and theoretical physics and simultaneously director of scientific research institute of technical physics and problems of ecology.
Since 2004	director of Institute of Physics and High Technologies, the professor of Faculty of Physics, Vice-rector on Research of the L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian national university.
Since 2011	Head Department of Information and Education Support of Space Technologies of National Center for Space Research and Technology.
