The Bilimnin Zhuldyzy scholarship has been organized by the Dauletten charitable foundation since 2020 in order to support educated and talented youth.
The purpose of the scholarship is to provide financial support to the best students studying in colleges and universities in the country to develop their skills in accordance with modern social requirements. The scholarship is awarded to encourage talented and outstanding students who are active in their studies, science and social life.
Applications for the Bilimnin Zhuldyzy 2024 competition were received from 987 students intending to receive a scholarship from the cities of Astana, Almaty, Shymkent and 17 regions of the country. This year's competition was dedicated to college and university students who shall pay for their study. The 200 best students received a one-time scholarship in the amount of 100,000 tenge.
On May 30-31, 2024, the Republican Youth Forum Bilimnin Zhuldyzy was held in Astana. The forum was attended by deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of ministries, government and public figures.
As part of the forum, the winners of the competition were solemnly awarded by the deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the chairman of the Council of the Dauletten Foundation, Daulet Mukaev, as well as the deputy of the Mazhilis of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nurgul Tau.
The winner of the Bilimnin Zhuldyzy 2024 competition was Ayim Khasen, a 3rd year student of the Faculty of Economics of Saken Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University.
