Scientific staff
Currently, the staff of the faculty of the department consists of 37 teachers, including 1 Doctor of Sciences, 5 PhD doctors, 18 candidates of economic sciences and 13 masters. The degree of the department is 65%.
Course of scientific activity
The teaching staff of the Department of Accounting and Finance continues its active activity in the field of research, the main tasks of which are research on scientific projects, preparation and publication of monographs, manuals, publication of scientific articles, organization and conduct of scientific events (conferences, seminars), research work of students and undergraduates.
The work on the scientific project: AP09259525 "Methodology of analysis and optimization of the socio-economic model of the rural district (based on the materials of Northern Kazakhstan)" for 2021-2023 under the budget program 217 "Development of science" (head T.A. Kusainov) has been completed.
Mataibayeva G.A., Kenes G.K. successfully completed work in the PCF for 2021-2023 (Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan) on the topic: "Regulatory and methodological support for the development of organic production in the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with international and foreign standards and requirements."
Kasimbekova M.A., Baymagambetova Z.A., Mataibayeva G.Zh., Kadrinov M.H. completed work in the PCF for 2021-2023 (Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan) on the topic: "A study of the impact of state policy in the agricultural sector on the development of cooperative processes in the agro-industrial complex, sustainable rural development and food security."
Also in the 2022-23 academic year, the faculty of the department submitted applications for participation in the competition for grant funding for scientific and (or) scientific and technical projects of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2024:

During the 2022-2024 academic year, the teaching staff of the Department of Accounting and Finance published 65 works, including:

- 16 articles in scientific journals included in the list of publications recommended by the CCSON;

- 28 abstracts in the materials of international and national conferences, including 4 articles included in the RSCI database.
